Cancellation conditions

All 1 night reservations are payable on the day of booking and are non-refundable.

For reservations of more than 1 night, a 30% deposit will be required. It will be refundable up to 60 days before your arrival EXCEPT IN JULY AND AUGUST WHERE RESERVATIONS ARE DUE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

The full amount will be required for any cancellation after this deadline (60 days before the arrival date).
